located in the heart of colombo's commercial district at crescat city, this 35 storey luxury apartment tower consists of 163 apartments, penthouses and presidential suites. the project was designed by p&t architects and engineers ltd, hong kong, with architect surath wickramasinghe. sanken and kent were the contractors.
